WARRANTY
Auto spa warrants its window treatment products, for the duration of this warranty, against window treatment defects causing peeling, adhesive failure, bubbling, cracking, crazing, demoralizing, or delaminating, when the tint is properly installed on the interior surface of glass windows. In the event that the window treatment is defective, Autospa will provide and install a replacement tint. Installation of replacement tint under this warranty shall not extend this warranty or create a new warranty for the replacement tint.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• This warranty does not cover glass breakage of any sort.
• Autospa will not be liable for any improper care or maintenance of the window treatment, non-conforming applications or uses, or any problem other than defects in the window treatment
